Why Street Fair?

The staff at Street Fair includes licensed architects, real estate brokers, property managers, investors, nonprofit board directors, and concerned community members.

Additionally, the founder of Street Fair has written books and given a TedX talk and other keynote speeches on everyday civic heroes, being a force for good, and making positive change. As such, we know what it takes to create caring communities. As part of this, we understand what it means for community-based organizations to own real estate or to be a tenant with a reasonable lease.
